Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone attending the event. Your attendance is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions:

All tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, SEEtickets.com. Your tickets are subject to SEEtickets’ own terms and conditions, so please ensure you are happy with these before ordering. Any queries on tickets (lost tickets, missing tickets, etc.) should be directed to SEEtickets’ customer service team.

Your ticket will be scanned on entry and is valid for one entry only.  You may allocate your ticket to someone else, but it will still admit only one person. Re-entry to the Festival is by way of a Festival wristband.

Babes in arms and children under the age of 18 are not permitted.

Tickets may be available on the door subject to the event not being sold-out in advance.

The promoters of the Wine Festival reserve the right to remove persons from the site for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or offence, or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of our staff.

The dress code is ‘smart casual’.

If the Event is cancelled you may claim a full refund within one month from the date of the Event.

If the Event is rescheduled you may claim a refund before the rescheduled Event takes place.

Photography and video footage will be taken during the Event for promotional purposes. Ticket holders grant permission for their likeness, voice and statements to be included without credit or payment.

We may share your personal information with others if absolutely necessary for the purposes of the event. We will not otherwise share your information for marketing or any other purpose  without your full consent, unless required by law.
