The Festival Café, Glasgow

Billingtons food

We’re just delighted to have teamed up with multi award-winning delicatessen, Billington’s, to introduce our very own Festival Café at the Glasgow Festival of Wine on June 2nd.

Scottish Food Awards ‘Neighbourhood deli of the year 2017’, Billington’s in Lenzie has also won the Scottish Regional title as Farm Shop & Deli of the year for two successive years, 2016 and 2017.  Their coffee shop in the village of Milton of Campsie has also scooped Community Coffee House of the Year.  Billington’s will open their pop-up Café for the duration of this year’s Festival, sited just off the entrance foyer of the Trades Hall.  With plenty of tables and chairs to take the weight off your feet too, their short Festival menu promises to be delicious. They’ll be serving:

Mixed Antipasto Platter
Selection of cured meats, marinated vegetables, olives and bread sticks. £5.00

Mixed Cheese Platter
Selection of Cheeses with biscuits, butter & chutney. £5.00

Buddabings brownie cookie sandwiches
The ultimate tea and coffee companion! £2.50

Barrista Coffee. £2.50
Teas. £2.50
Bottled water. £1.50

We hope you enjoy the Festival Café!
